1.1 These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the entire relationship between joln777 and any person who accesses or uses the joln777 platform, website, mobile interface, or any associated services ("the Service"). By accessing the Service, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms in their entirety and agree to be bound by them.

You must not use the Service to engage in any form of money laundering, fraud, collusion with other players, use of automated betting systems (bots), manipulation of games or odds, or any other activity that joln777 determines to be contrary to the integrity of the Service. Any such activity will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balance held in the account.

1.8 Intellectual Property

All content on the joln777 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, game assets, and interface design — is the exclusive intellectual property of joln777 or its licensed suppliers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Service for personal entertainment purposes only. 3.1 To access betting markets, casino games, and any other features of the joln777 Service, you must register a personal account. Registration is free of charge. You are permitted to hold only one account on joln777. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

3.3 You are responsible for keeping your registration information current and accurate. Changes to name or date of birth require identity document verification and written confirmation from joln777 support before they take effect.

3.4 joln777 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason. joln777 also reserves the right to carry out additional identity verification checks at any stage of the account lifecycle, including at the point of first withdrawal.

3.5 Your account login credentials — username and password — are personal to you and must not be disclosed to any third party. If you suspect that your credentials have been compromised, you must notify joln777 support immediately via live chat. joln777 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account that occurs through your negligence in protecting your credentials.

3.6 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

5.4 In-play (live) betting markets are subject to suspension or closure at any time during the course of an event. Bets placed on suspended markets will be void and stakes returned. joln777 takes no responsibility for bets that are delayed in transmission due to internet connectivity issues on the player's end.

5.5 The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds:

• Using automated betting software, bots, or scripts of any kind.
• Exploiting errors, glitches, or anomalies in odds or game software ("bonus abuse" or "bug abuse").
• Placing bets with the deliberate intent of qualifying for bonus funds without genuine wagering intent ("bonus hunting" or "bonus whoring").
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live table games, or any other multi-player format.
• Placing bets on both sides of the same outcome across multiple accounts (arbitrage using joln777 accounts).
• Match-fixing, spot-fixing, or placing bets on information derived from any insider knowledge of a sporting event's outcome.

Live casino game outcomes are determined by physical game equipment operated by professional dealers. joln777 does not manipulate game outcomes.

5.7 Errors and Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or communications failure that affects the outcome of a bet or casino game, the affected round or transaction will be considered void. joln777 will return the relevant stake or wager to the player's account. joln777 does not accept liability for any consequential losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond the value of the stake placed on the affected round.

7.1 joln777 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without notice, if joln777 determines that:

• The account holder has breached any provision of these Terms.
• The account has been used for fraudulent, deceptive, or unlawful activity.
• The account holder has provided false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• The account holder is under 18 years of age.
• The account has been flagged by joln777's fraud detection systems for unusual activity.
• A self-exclusion request has been submitted by the account holder.
• joln777 is required to do so by a competent legal authority or regulatory body.

7.2 In the event of account closure for breach of Terms, joln777 reserves the right to withhold any balance held in the account pending the outcome of an internal investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach, the balance may be forfeited in whole or in part. If no breach is confirmed, the net balance (after deduction of any bonus funds) will be returned to the player via the original deposit method.

7.3 You may request voluntary closure of your joln777 account at any time by contacting the 24/7 live chat support team. Prior to closing your account, any active bonus funds will be removed. Any real-money balance remaining in your account will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method after standard KYC verification is completed.

7.4 Dormant accounts — accounts with no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months — may be subject to an inactivity fee of ৳200 per month deducted from the account balance, provided that the player has been notified by email at least 30 days in advance.
